Ingredients:
5cl La Dama Tequila
2cl Cointreau
1cl simple syrup or tonka bean syrup
3cl Lime
Spray of organic cocoa beans essence.
Ice
Aberfeldy 16 (spray)
Equipment:
Measuring thimble
Cocktail shaker
Bar spoon or teaspoon and something long like a chop stick
Glassware
Method:
Shake with ice.
Pour in coupe
Finish with spray
