FREE AND COMPLETE MOBILE BAR HIRE PACKAGE
Our complete mobile bar hire package comprises a fully licensed, equipped, stocked and staffed mobile bar. Draught products, cocktails and premium wines, spirits and soft drinks are served as standard. We ask for a £500 deposit which is refundable once the mobile bar takes £1500*.
We also pride ourselves on buying British without compromising on taste, quality or price.
If you’re having a sit down meal we can supply table wine at great trade rates and give you a free wine tasting session before your event to help you choose wines to suit your budget and menu.
*based on up to 200 guests.
DRY MOBILE BAR HIRE OPTION
We can tailor a package to suit your needs, so if you want to stock your own mobile bar we can supply the equipment. We have a whole range of mobile bar equipment from draught beer systems, fridges, bar frontage and glassware. We can deliver, set-up and collect the mobile bar. How much does it cost to hire your mobile bar?
For a paying bar (where guests buy their own drinks), our bar is free to hire — there’s no setup fee. For open bars or prepaid packages, pricing depends on guest numbers and drink choices.
What do you supply with the mobile bar?
We bring the full bar setup, staff, glassware, ice, stock, and all equipment needed for smooth service.
Can you run a paying bar at my event?
Yes — we can run a full paying bar with card/contactless payments, and the bar hire remains free.
Can the mobile bar operate indoors or outdoors?
Absolutely. We can set up in marquees, teepees, barns, gardens, or indoor venues — totally flexible.
Do you provide different drink options?
Yes — we stock beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, and alcohol-free alternatives. Custom menus are also available.
