Founded by husband and wife team Dan and Laura, BAR Events are a close knit, event loving team based in Yorkshire. We adore what we do and our ethos is 'if it's not fun, we're not doing it!'
More Than Event Hire, It’s What We Love
We have been in the events and hospitality industry for over 30 years between us. The BAR Events journey all started with a small events staffing company in 2008 and has grown into the company it is today supplying giant teepees, mobile bars and events staff.
We don’t just hire out our equipment and services, we really do care about making each event extra special from start to finish. We offer our passion and expertise to help create something truly special.
Our enthusiasm shines through in everything we do and our small team allows us to offer unlimited support and inspiration throughout the planning process.
We pride ourselves on our service and build great relationships with all our clients – being part of someone’s wedding or event is a huge privilege after all!

Whether you need waiting staff or bartenders to work your event we offer a bespoke solutions to suit your needs.
We offer bar equipment on a dry hire basis or fully stocked and staffed bar options for your event. All our staff have years of experience in the industry and a real passion for delivering great service.

Mini Teepee

Our 6.5m Mini Teepee is the perfect break-out space to complement your main teepee or venue. Ideal for creating a quiet retreat away from the main event, it can be styled as a relaxed lounge area, a fun and safe play space for children, or even a romantic honeymoon suite.
Beautifully designed and incredibly versatile, this cosy yet luxurious teepee gives you the freedom to create a space that truly suits your event, adding both comfort and charm to the overall experience.
Snug Teepee
up to 40 guests
Our 8.5m Snug Teepee is an ideal chill-out or party space, comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests. Perfect as a standalone feature or seamlessly connected to our Giant Teepees, it allows you to extend your main event space with ease.
Whether styled as a relaxed lounge, an intimate bar area or a lively social hub, the Snug Teepee offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the flow and layout of your event.
Giant Teepee
from 40 - 250 guests (and beyond)
Our 10.5m Giant Teepees are the showstoppers! They can stand individually or connect together to create a space as vast as needed to accommodate your wedding plans.
One Giant Teepee
Perfect for a more intimate setting of around 50 guests.
Two Giant Teepees
Ideal for 100 guests dining and up to 130 evening guests.
Three Giant Teepees
Can comfortably seat up to 150 guests and hold up to 200 evening guests.
It’s possible to add further teepees to extend the space if needed. Possibilities really are endless.
