The start of the year is alway about resetting, prepping, planning and organising. We start with cleaning EVERYTHING we own and repair anything that needs a bit of TLC, not to mention the sanding and varnishing of all the benches & tables etc.
It's also the best time of year to debrief about last Christmas and apply for all the licences and permissions needed for this year's Christmas event. We'll also plan any other public we have in 2017 so we don't have to think about it during the busy Wedding season.
There's plenty going on behind the scenes but not many exciting pictures unfortunately.
We've had a handpull made for our own draught lager and crafted our own new fire pit too!
